Now Hiring - Sales Manager for Cemetery & Monument Sales in Valdosta, GA

McLane Funeral Services is seeking an individual to join their Sales team to assist families with planning their cemetery arrangements and making decisions about permanent memorials.

Responsibilities include marketing and sales-related activities such as individual consultations and occasional group presentations. This position is salary and commission based with a high earning potential based on sales achieved. Benefits available, training is provided, schedule may include evenings & weekends.

Candidates must be professional, compassionate, well-organized, self-disciplined, as well as dependable. Must be able communicate on a one-on-one basis, able to accurately listen, understand and share relevant information, keep people informed of their options and guide them into compliance with cemetery guidelines. Ability to keep accurate and meticulous records of sales, order and other notes regarding customer service is a must. A professional work environment must be maintained, and an appropriate dress code, appearance and behavior is required. Leads are available, but family follow up and obtaining referrals is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve new and existing markets on all planning needs
• Interact with families and funeral homes behalf of McLane Funeral Services, promoting and selling planning arrangements.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding families visited, sales, and objections received

Job Requirements and Education

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
• CRM experience.
• Individuals who can work independently and be self-motivated

• Outstanding communication skills

• Have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Total Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

· Pay includes base/salary pay plus commission on sales
